Norwegian Jazz Launch

Norwegian Jazz Launch is a three-year launch programme for the new generation of jazz musicians. The project is a cooperation between Concerts Norway, the West Norway Jazz Center and the Norwegian Jazz Forum.The entire programme is financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Norwegian Jazz Launch started in 2003 as a three-year agreement (2004-2006), and was then extended for the period 2007 to 2009. The launch programme now continues into its third season, 2010 to 2012.
