Sabreen is a production company for music and music teaching that develops, records and performs modern Palestinian folk music. Sabreen also works proactively and purposefully to strengthen infrastructures and conditions for music teaching, education, dissemination and activities for children and young people in Palestine. The organisation works in close cooperation with the Palestinian education and culture authorities and has drawn up multi-year plans for how they are to attain their main objectives. Sabreen has also set up an international network among musicians and music teachers.
