Pakistan
In 2006 Norway and Pakistan signed an agreement to strenghten the cultural collaboration between the two countries.
In 2011 a new agreement for the period 2011-2013 will be signed. Concerts Norway and Horisont have, together with Lok Virsa in Pakistan, the responisbility for the music part of the collaboration.
The collaboration involves school concerts, music exchange and music education.
